Furthermore, none of these sites have received any legal action. As thus, it is my belief that they (and we) are with the full rights to present the lyrics of the Hives on Wikipedia. - Gavin
- Sorry to inform you this, but posting copyrighted lyrics on the web really violates a song writer's copyrights. The copyright holder may or may not sue you. Usually they don't do that to a small 100-hit/day website because they cannot pay the money to justify the costs of hiring a lawyer and sending letters. However, Wikipedia is not a place to take such risks. At most you can quote a few lines (see: fair use). Moreover, Wikipedia is not a lyrics depository. Only really important songs will be covered. For well-written examples, please see: Hey Jude, Stairway to Heaven, Bohemian Rhapsody, You're So Vain and YMCA (song). -- Toytoy 02:50, Nov 21, 2004 (UTC)
Harvard?
- Paleontologist James Farlow calculated the number of lawyers a grown Tyrannosaurus had to eat ... to stay alive. Taken an average weight of 68 kilograms, 292 lawyers would be needed to keep one T. rex happy for a year!
How many people are graduated from Harvard Law School each year? Less than 600? They said they have 1890 students [1]. Does it mean you can use Harvard Law School to feed a T. rex couple but possibly not their kids? -- Toytoy 02:05, Nov 10, 2004 (UTC)
Anyway, even if daddy wants to stay, mommy will drive him away. Mom will be happy to use daddy's share of lawyers to feed the young. And when they are older, they also have to. Then they will take over Yale Law School. Oops! I think they will find Stanford Law School more preferrable because of the weather. -- Toytoy 02:17, Nov 10, 2004 (UTC)
