I'm an undergraduate student at the University at Buffalo, majoring in Mathematics and minoring in English, with too much free time on my hands not enough free time on my hands to justify my being here.

I'm responsible for beginning WikiProject Anime and manga (and by no means in charge of it; this is a wiki, after all); however, i'm not actually much of an anime or manga fan. I have an interest in making the pages for a few specific series actually encyclopedic, i.e. more than Yet Another Internet Fansite, and a general interest in improving Wikipedia in general (obviously) and thought it would be worth it to organize my efforts with those of others. My current main task is making the Neon Genesis Evangelion set of articles into something that does honor to the series.

If you haven't noticed by now, i overuse semicolons.
