Hi. My name is Michael Kossin (Kossin, or Козел, means "goat" in Russian). I live in West Palm Beach, Florida, in the United States of America. Florida is the home of the Wikipedia servers, in case you didn't know. Honestly, Wikipedia is the only worthwile thing in Florida. Anyway, Click on User_talk:NoPetrol to yell at me if I messed something up. I use AOL Instant Messenger (AIM), which has caused considerable damage to my brain. Contribute to my aforementioned brain damage by instant messaging me at this address: IonBeam2 (IonBeam2 is also my ICQ adress, but I don't use ICQ as much).

WikiNation!

Think about it. Who wouldn't want to live in a country where anyone can edit the constitution? If you don't like a particular clause, delete it and post your reasons in the talk page! All changes would be effective immediately. The constitution would not be on paper, but on computers, just like Wikipedia. The only problem now is the location of this glorious new nation. Pretty much every place I can think of is taken. My first idea was that it would be located on the Moon, but that would be inconvienent because there isn't any air on the moon and because it is far away. How about in the Northwest_Angle? The only problem with that is that it might be expensive to buy out all the people already living there, and I don't know how the United States Federal Government or the state of Minnesota would react. So why not on some giant glacier somewhere? Like around the north pole. Sure it would be cold, but there could be pockets of oil underneath the ocean which we could use to power the constitutional mainframe (assuming someone doesn't add an article outlawing the combustion of fossil fuels, in which case we could either revert their edit, or use solar power, which would suck because that wouldn't really provide enough power). So, fellow editors, who's with me? --NoPetrol 04:11, 9 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Oh, yeah, and JoeM, you're not allowed. No one will be restricted access from this WikiNation, and no one can ever be banished. --NoPetrol 04:25, 9 Dec 2004 (UTC)
