Operated a BBS called Babylon 4 on an Apple IIgs.
Played trumpet for five years with the Goin' Band from Raiderland.
Ran a game store called The Mad Hatter's House of Games in Lubbock, Texas.
Written the libretto for Dirk Johann Stromberg's short opera Buying a Father.
Obtained a B.A. in Modern Literature on a technicality from Texas Tech University.
Written two novels, Tazo and Weekend Pass Comes with Collectible Badge, neither of which I am vain enough to put articles on Wikipedia about.
Survived living in one of the most pedestrian-unfriendly and bike-hostile cities (Lubbock) in the United States without owning a car.
