From open-encyclopedia.com - the free encyclopedia.

In DOS, the command prompt was often referred to as the c: prompt when the current directory was set to the root directory of the C: hard disk partition.

I don't have much information here, mainly because I've made one too many boring homepages in the past.

I can be reached over AIM as We Are All Jesse, or on Jabber as cprompt@theoretic.com. I would include my MSN ID, but I hate spam. I have an account by the same name on the Simple English Wikipedia, Wikibooks, and Wiktionary.

I have a waste of web space I call a "Web Waste". It's a dumping ground for whatever I want to "put on the Internet". It's Jesse's Web Waste. If you're feeling generous, you can help to Buy Jesse A Car.

So YOU'RE the one!

Here are some actions I have taken recently that may be considered drastic. I would be happy to discuss them, and I would gladly defer to policy or precedent.

I haven't done anything too drastic lately.
