I am Swedish and live in Lund in southern Sweden with my girlfriend. I have a degree as Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Lund Institute of Technology, and I work as a Senior Software Engineer for ComOpt, a company in the telecom industry. I do their user interfaces. My specialties include Java, the .NET platform, XML technologies and web development. I'm a member of IEEE and IEEE Computer Society. I hold certifications from Sun Microsystems in Java and from IBM in XML. When not working, I enjoy listening to Bob Dylan, read French 19th Century novels, watch old American movies.
I am slightly ashamed to admit that I enjoy playing Battlefield 1942 online.
Have I any relation to Hal Abelson? Don't know, but we seem to be in the same line of business.
